Meet Tyler
Tyler Davis is a licensed real estate broker with Sotheby's International Realty, specializing in luxury properties, development opportunities, and high-end residential investments throughout Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. Known for his strategic approach and deep understanding of the local market, Tyler provides clients with thoughtful guidance when acquiring, developing, or selling premier mountain real estate.
Tyler’s experience extends beyond traditional brokerage. In 2020, he co-founded Bear Paw Management, which quickly grew into one of the Roaring Fork Valley’s leading luxury property management companies. Through that work, he developed an intimate understanding of the operational, construction, and design considerations that define Aspen’s most exceptional homes. This hands-on experience allows him to advise clients not only on real estate value, but also on development potential, property execution, and long-term investment strategy.
With a background in construction and residential development, Tyler brings a practical and analytical perspective to every transaction. He frequently works with developers, investors, and discerning homeowners seeking opportunities in one of the most competitive luxury markets in the country. His ability to evaluate land, redevelopment potential, and design feasibility has positioned him as a valuable advisor for clients pursuing both lifestyle properties and strategic real estate investments.
Originally from Okolona, Mississippi, Tyler earned degrees in Marketing and Risk Management from the University of Mississippi before relocating to Colorado. His entrepreneurial mindset, combined with an extensive network throughout the Roaring Fork Valley, allows him to consistently identify opportunities and connect buyers with exceptional properties.
Outside of real estate, Tyler embraces the outdoor lifestyle that defines the Aspen area. He enjoys mountain biking, golfing, and exploring the surrounding mountains that make the Roaring Fork Valley one of the most extraordinary places in the world to live.
